Friendly Baptist Church - Event Request

Before you begin, please take a moment to read these notes we think might be helpful:

DEADLINE for event requests is no later than noon (12:00 PM) on the Thursday that is no less than one (1) week prior to the requested date. This will give our office personnel time to process your request through our system and empower you for success.

APPROVAL for church-wide events, ministry-specific events (such as for Sunday School, youth, men, ladies, children, CR, etc.), committee meetings, ministry team meetings, or outreach events do require direct affirmation from a pastor or ministry staff member. We will ask you to indicate below which pastor or ministry staff member has affirmed your event request.

APPROVAL of private events (such as a family gathering, shower, special party, etc.) is considered by our office on a case-by-case basis, and these kinds of events are usually reserved only for active members of Friendly Baptist Church.
